Quality Improvement

The Idaho Primary Care Association is dedicated to assisting our Community Health Centers in improving the quality of health care provided to our patients. 
 
Our goals are: 

  • To generate and document improved health outcomes for underserved populations
  • To transform clinical practice through new evidence-based models of care
  • To develop infrastructure, expertise and multi-disciplinary leadership to improve health status
  • To build strategic partnerships

    Using the methodology of the Care Model and the Model for Improvement, Idaho Community Health Centers are making a positive difference in the lives of thousands of Idahoans.
